Manoj Dey becomes a successful YouTuber before he was a tuition teacher in his village. His father is a cycle mechanic who used to repair people cycles to live their family. To support their family besides his salary he suggests Manoj take tuition classes of kids of the village. As suggested, Manoj was taken tuition classes for kids in their village.

He thinks always to do something big and different from their society but people are said that to live a life in middle classes family a government job is mandatorily needed. He wants to change this view of his society with his effort against this perception. With this judgement, he started his youtube channel based on tech education and travel vlogs. He was planned for lunch his youtube channel in 2016 but unfortunately, it's launched in 2019.
